Wine home parties: Chef Daniel will host a wine party at his private residence and at the restaurant after hours. You will be given a selection of wines to taste. You will also be given information on proper wine tasting method, color, nose and taste characteristics of wine. Wine pairing in formation will also be discussed. A nice assortment of finger foods will also be served. If there is a wine that you enjoy, you will be able to place orders for this wine and it will be shipped directly to your home. The wines that you will be tasting come from all over the world, as well as, California.
Some of the wines from Chateauneuff de Pape can only be purchased by traveling to France. Chef Daniel will bring wines from the Village of Chateauneuff directly from the wine producer to you.
