      - currant and berry nose with nice pepper and smoke finish.

MacKenzie  (California Sonoma Valley – Merlot 2007)
      - bing cherry and plum with a little heat on the finish.

Fuse  (California Napa Valley – Cabernet Sauvignon 2006)
      - big and bold cab, dark rich fruit with spicy finish.


Dessert Wine:
Muscat de Beaumes de Venise   (2007)
great artisan wine, peach and honey with very soft finish, fantastic ending to a dinner or with chocolate.
