Our Bistro Menu has 3 fixed prices:(Menu changes weekly, please check back.)
Appetizers:
Soup of the day: Daniels Potato garlic soup with chives and cheddar. - $6.00
Wild mushroom tort with Parma ham and rocket pesto. - $7.00
Crab Baguette lump crabs with artichokes, capers and cheese in Daniels secret sauce. - $7.00
Parisian Tart Onion- Classic bistro appetizer. - $5.00
*All meals come with house salad and starch excluding pasta dishes.
Thirteen Dollar Menu:
Sweet Corn Polenta filled Ravioli with Meyers lemon infused olive oil, artichokes, grilled asparagus, sweet tomato and roasted garlic.
Creamy Shrimp Risotto - Arborio rice cooked to perfection and topped with half dozen grilled shrimp and asparagus and caramelized lemon slice. This can also be done with mushrooms and asparagus without shrimp for vegetarians.
Portobello Mushroom Steak with aged balsamic glaze, tomato ragu with Point Reyes cheese nested on arugula with rocket pesto.
Sixteen Dollar Menu:
Chicken François - Marinated in lemon and finished with tarragon and white wine.
Crab Imperial - Jumbo lump crab in Daniel’s imperial sauce & two chef’s side items.
Braised Short Ribs of beef (buck Head Beef) fork tender in succulent wine sauce, outstanding dish.
Nineteen Dollar Menu:
Mild Colorado Lamb Chops with wild flower honey and herbs with Roman Ratatouille.
Prime Filet Mignon (buck head beef) finished with tarragon summer sauce.
Fresh wild caught Tuna Steak number (one grade) marinated and finished red wine reduction and severed with pickled ginger.
Desserts:
Lemon custard crumb tort - $7.00
Ricotta cheese cake with coulis sauce and fruit. - $7.00
Beverages:
S. Pellecrino - Sparkling Mineral Water - $2.50
Iced Tea, Soft Drinks - $2.00
